"Okay, make for a door with her and don't be polite. I'll try and get to you." Kat replies. She tries to fight her way to where Brian is. She'd much rather be inside anyway, out from the rain and she wondered if they could barricade themselves inside.
She'd need food after all this to stave off the tiredness that invariably came when her body rapidly healed.

Brian makes haste to get Shelly inside a building. Mowing people down that get in his way. If he has time he will dress her wounds in the building. He also looks for a choice of a building that looks the least flammable and the most likely to have supplies he can tend to her wounds in.

All the buildings look similar, so anyone is just the same as the other in this fight. The nearest entrance to Brian opens easily at his push. A small foyer of dark brown hardwood floors, lit by a lone gas lamp reaching out from walls covered in designs of red and green vines entwining and struggling with each other as they rise.
A shadow-shrouded stair leads up to the second floor. To the left is a black-coloured door with flashes of electric blue light coming from the edges at random intervals. To the right is an ivory-coloured door with a continuous glow of warm orange light showing through the edges. A pool of red blood slowly seems out from under the ivory door.

If at all possible I take a moment to Dress Shelly's wounds with the cloak. Then I try to take her up stairs to see if I can find some place safe to hunker her down in.

Kat fights her way in to the doorway, blocking it so that the mob outside cannot get in and can only get to her one at a time. She doesn't want to be continually fighting in this entrance, she'd much rather be escaping across the rooftops, but equally Lady Shelley's care and attention comes first.
Ideally she'd like something to block the doorway, but that could only be managed once Brian finishes his task.
"When you've finished come back down here King Brian." Kat says riposting another attack by a rabid man seemingly frothing at the mouth to get at her.

Brian has barely enough room to place Shelly down and then attend to her. Focused on the task as he is, if one of the mob manages to get past Katerina, Brian will be an easy target. The cloak is sodden wet and filthy; it can be used to bandage the injured woman but would be a poor job, the risk of infection would be great, and some of her wounds are deep enough to require stitches and maybe some surgery to ensure a full and proper recovery.
Katerina holds the doorway against the attackers. As wild and undisciplined a group as they seem, they do have enough organization to clear the wounded and the dead from the stoop, clearing the way for further attacks. But how long can she hold out, and what will happen to Brian and Shelly if she falters?

Lorelei from the end of the street:
The sound of the mob drowns out Lorelei's call to Kat, but it does attract the interest of some of the mob! A group of the people charge toward her with frothing mouths and weapons ready to strike!

Kat calls out up to King Brian "Sorry, one slipped through", whilst trying to ensure that the one behind her is not going to come back behind her and stab her in the back.
Kat has stamina, she has fought the demons of her world in a few battles so she knows she can last for a time, but not forever. They need an exit stategy from this battle and if it weren't for needing to protect the others, she'd have taken that exit ages ago. She hoped that any woulds she took past her cloak would be closed by her shifting but that would sap on her strength. There was one thing that she was sure about, the population of Deiga would be a lot less after this than it started with.

Lorelei takes only a second to assess the situation. The sword she carries contains a fragment of the Pattern. If she uses the sword many will die and the political situation between the two kingdoms could turn ugly... or worse if they managed to over-run and kill her. Using magic to open a portal to the bottom of the sea and allowing the outrush of water to clear the street of anything not nailed down would be a temporary solution at best, and because of side streets it would not get ~all~ the rioters. That left one option possessing a high chance of success.
Lorelei draws her sword, the silvery-blue light playing along its design, not with intent to commit mayham, but to keep it out of the way as she charges toward the rioters and lets loose a different spell. With a running leap she makes it to the top of a growing wall of ice and keeps running. Those on the ground with any sense of self-preservation scatter as the wall continues to rapidly grow not only in height and width, but also in length as in proceeds to fill several blocks worth of street with a massive block of ice. Lorelei will have only one chance to get this right. With a final burst of speed she jumps, sliding feet-first down the still expanding wall of ice. For a few fluttering heart-beats it is uncertain whether or not her aim will be true, but in the last second before the house is shaken by the meeting of the proverbial immovable object and irresistible force, Lorelei practically flies through the door followed by a shower of ice chips. The only question is 'does Katerina maintain enough presence of mind to act, or will she be acted upon?' Either way, every entrance on this side of the house is now sealed... .

Brian frowns a bit and in a heavy tone of voice calls back to Kat " I dont have proper supply to tend to her wounds. Let's trade positions. Have you ever seen up a wound? If you haven't I'll do it I just need the supplies. If you have how about you dress the wounds and I hold the doorway."

"Yes, I've seen lots in my time and can make bandages." Kat replies. It was sensible to trade places, but King Brian would need to deal with the lone rioter that slipped through first.

Before Kat and Brian can change places, there is a roar and deep rumble as if every avalanche in the universe is descending on Deiga. The building shakes and groans under the stresses, and mid-battle Kat can see a wall of ice rushing down the street, swallowing up all the people in the mob, freezing them motionless. While fighting the woman in front of her, she sees Lorelei sliding upon the ice, into the assailant and then both onto the point of Katerina's sword. Both attacker and Lorelei are half-frozen in ice; both are impaled on Kat's sword, which is also frozen in the ice up to the hilt.
The shaking building begins to come apart around Brian. Stone and wood crush inward along with chunks of the building's inhabitants. Miraculously the landing at the top of the stairs and the ground floor seem to be intact. But he does have a man bounding up the stairs towards him, trip and bang his knee hand on the oak wood. He yells in pain, then tries to continue up the stairs hoping on the one good leg.

Kat was just about to call out to Lorelei when the wall of ice caused her to crash into the woman she was fighing and slam onto her sword. She would need to defrost the Goddess and the woman, though the woman impaled on her sword was by now probably dead.
Letting go of her sword Katerina produced a torch with pitch that would not easily go out and a tinder. She then started to slowly thaw out the ice around the woman and hopefully that would then free Lorelei behind her. She had seem the Goddess change forms so she hoped that she could survive the cold, whereas she doubted that the Deigan woman could. She would need blankets to warm the Goddess after, but the first priority was freeing her from the ice.
