Kat ignores the people who are shouting and who think that they are important and heads over to Brian and Shelley. Whilst she doesn't especially have anything she wants from them, they may be able to give her more information about the state of the city.

I thought that you'd have been off elsewhere by now." She greets them. Brian nods to Kat. " I was hoping we would get a good night's sleep here. But there is a Riot between here and where I had planned to sleep." He shakes his head. "Local government here doesn't seem to be of a mind to help themselves."

Kat hadn't really considered where she would be staying the night. She assumed that they would be staying somewhere in the government residence, but then again she was kind of relying on the Goddess Eivor to sort that out.
"The local government is currently running around like headless chickens I'm afraid. Princess Eivor is within the Government building just sorting some things out with her relatives. Where exactly were you looking at staying? I'm sure that there must be more inns around here somewhere."

She assumed that they would be staying somewhere in the government residence, but then again she was kind of relying on the Goddess Eivor to sort that out. Where exactly were you looking at staying? I'm sure that there must be more inns around here somewhere." "The where is less the concern then the Angry mob who might be looking to do harm to Foreigners of means to get some wealth to make up for their current crisis."
He sighs a little bit. "I actually got enough space in the Inn to cover you and Eivor as well if you wanted it. But now I am afraid it might be in our best interest to see if the 4 of us could band together."

"Maybe, but I need to go somewhere and investigate something before that mob tear it all down. Its a sort of time limited task, so I need to get going there soon. Princess Eivor said that she'd catch me up, and I do not doubt her in that. You are welcome to come with me. Honestly it might be useful to have you around as you are pretty handy in a fight even though I'm not looking for a fight." Kat tells him.
She looks around at the local clothing and adjusts her around attire in her mirrors so as to blend in more with the rioters.

Brian's Corvid lands on his shoulder and his armor and clothes take form to match the local flavor as well. "I'd rather not fight either." He turns to Shelly "So we get to help the good folks in Castle Amber after all. I suppose I'll have to send them a bill for my services." |

"Yes, almost certainly if she has somewhere to change and doesn't mind the disguise." Kat replies.
Kat looks around for a suitable local's dress and concerntrates to bring forth a duplicate of said item from her mirror cloak. After a few minutes, she hands the dress over to Lady Shelley.

Kat shrugs. None of these things are difficult but they will all take time. "Sure, I can do those for you."
She concerntrates and brings forth a plain looking yet practical cloak, followed by a simple rapier for the other lady. All this takes precious more minutes though.
"I'm sure that you'll be a cut above the rest now. They won't last outside of this place, as I found on the journey here, so be sure to change back before you get on a ship thing." She says with a grin handing them over.

She takes one last look around for the Goddess Eivor catching her up, before heading off in the directions that she was given.
