You are mostly correct and I was wrong. Sorry. Still the absolute worst rule in the game. But it can only allow travel to a known mirror. Lorelei would have to make a series of jumps from known mirror to known mirror. Why not just go in one step?

[Gaaa... I've got one of those gaming mice with the two extra buttons in the thumb position - hitting one of them is the same as using the forward or back buttons on the browser... rewrite to follow:]
[OOC: You ~do~ have alot to keep track of and this is still basically new materials, so... and I could have been reading a bit more into this that is specifically written - i.e. the mirrors (or any reflective surface) can be used for scrying and scrying locates (so why not locate other mirrors?)...]
It was my intent to not have Lorelei travel all the way to Rebma and then backtrack (plus emerging from a sheltered pool has a Cool Factor), but she can if she must. She knows nearly every mirror in Castle Rebma, many dozens in the City, all the official embassy mirrors, a few in resorts in Shadow, and those she has had a hand in crafting, as well as some in Castle Amber and 'The Corridor of Mirrors', and now Wormwood's... It's your call if she knows of a few sheltered bodies of water (likely just in Arden and/or on small islands) she could so use...
The plan is still to intercept Dio before she reaches Castle Amber... Lorelei can either emerge from a pool along their path, if possible, or ride a (special?) mount borrowed from the Royal Stables of Rebma to do so... .

Yeah, her position as princess of R and royal lady of A would have allowed her to visit many of the important shadows in the GS and beyond and she would have a memory inventory of many of the useful ones and popular ponds and pools. The fortunetelling never gives the character exactly what they want to see (per the rules) so it would be very risky to use those visions as a basis for travel.
Once she makes the first jump she will not have her enchanted mirror any longer and will be required to use other reflective surfaces which has high costs in Psyche and Endurance. (is that the first mention of 'spending' attributes other than endurance and strength?)
Intercepting may be difficult. There is more than one way into Arden from further out in shadow, she doesn't know the rate Dio is travelling either.

[OOC: I could have mis-read or am mis-remembering, but isn't getting glimpses of possible futures from the mirrors solely at the (GM) power's discretion? I know the mirrors can be used to scry (showing what is <and possibly what was> at a given place), but fortunetelling (casting the cards, showing connections <metaphorically>) is really more of a Trump thing... Both provide information, but do so in very different ways for different purposes...]
[The mirror was prepared to accept the power, but has no power of its own. Still, it's not entirely mundane silvered-glass, so calling it enchanted is not wholly off the mark. I'm painfully aware that the mirror stays behind, but selecting the right destination means she only needs one jump... and she can retrieve it, with BP travel difficulties afterwards, later... provided it hasn't been broken.]
[While Lorelei does not know which path Dio is on in Arden, she knows Dio ~must~ travel through Garnath to approach Amber out of Shadow by land... and they stopped to camp for the night with the Rangers. And while her BP Shadow-walking won't work in Amber (just like Regular/Basic Pattern), having it nudge her in the right direction should (after all, that ~is~ what turned Lorelei's path back toward Amber). Her BP can still also be drawn upon as a power-source for magic.]
ALL RIGHT... I didn't want to (huge waist of time and effort), but Lorelei will jump to Rebma and get a mount, without going to the castle, and be waiting at Garnath... .

Lorelei finds a mount and reaches Garnath. Her planned waiting spot is unavailable as foresters are chopping down all the trees in that place and tearing up the road. She can avoid them by going further out to the far edge of Garnath.
