Dirk says "I want to see my father's place here if you don't mind. It's just important to me."
Dirk sounds relieved that things are OK for now.

"Dear Cousins, noon comes and I have asked someone to show me around in Garnath. I bid my leave."
Maeve polity says.

"Be safe Maeve, I hope you don't have to punch anyone. But if you do break their face ok?" Dirk cheerfully smiles.
To his other cousin, "I may have to take a raincheck. I too have other things to resolve."

Maeve leave and ride to meet her "Tour Guide" at the Old Western City Gate, where the road leads out to Garnath.
When they set out she is curious if some remnants of the Black Road have lingered on and she looks from time to time with her Logrus lens.

Calvera bids his cousins good day, then turns his back to look out the window.

Maeve:
The young lord is waiting at a table outside the Bean Around the World cafe. An awning provides some protection from the rain. He has a cappuccino and reads the latest edition of the Dockside Dangler. Maeve sees herself as the topic of the front page, with all of the city wondering about her return to Amber, her relationship with Dirk, and her influence on his sartorial style. His eyes look above the paper to observe the coming and going of people. Seeing Maeve he jumps up.
"My Lady of Rebma, fame and fortune follow in your wake," he says as a greeting. He wears the neck strap like so many of the fashionable youths of Amber.
Through the gate she sees a portion of the forest has already been cleared. A large pavilion covers many young lords and ladies of the city as they cheer on the clear-cutting. Surprisingly her cousin Lorelei is close by, along with the mysterious dreamweaver Dionisia, and a servant. Among the throng of nobles, her relation Ovid holds court.
[OOC: Let's add Maeve to the Dante, Dio, Lor, and Ovid thread.]
